⚠️ Community Guidelines & Enforcement
Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all players. The following behaviors will result in immediate action:
- Bullying & Harassment: No insulting, threatening, or demeaning other players
- Sexual Content: Keep all content family-friendly (PG-13 rating)
- Doxxing: Never share personal information like addresses, phone numbers, or real names
- Hate Speech: No discriminatory language based on race, gender, religion, or identity
- Spam & Disruption: Don't flood chat or deliberately disrupt gameplay
Enforcement System
Our AI Game Master actively monitors all gameplay for violations. Here's how our progressive enforcement system works:

⚠️ Important: After 3 violations, your account will be permanently suspended. You will only be able to log in to cancel your subscription. There are no appeals for permanent suspensions.
Subscription Management During Suspension
Even if your account is suspended, you retain the right to:
- Cancel your subscription at any time
- View your current billing information
- See when your suspension expires (for temporary bans)
- Contact customer support for billing issues
Game Rules & Fair Play
- Respect the Game Master: The AI GM controls the story and outcomes. Don't argue with rulings or try to exploit the system.
- Stay in Character: Maintain immersion by speaking and acting as your hero would.
- One Character Rule: Play one hero at a time per adventure.
- Fair Play: No cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating dice rolls.
- Cooperative Spirit: Work together to create amazing stories for everyone.

Account Recovery
If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may contact our support team within 7 days of the suspension. However, please note that our AI monitoring system is highly accurate, and overturns are extremely rare. All communications are logged and reviewed as part of any appeal process.
